KONESER Classic Vegetable Fat 70% Margarine is intended for baking yeast cakes, sponge cakes and wheat bread, semi-confectionery products (challahs, croissants, butter rolls) and other applications in the confectionery and bakery industry. The product gives baked goods the right consistency, combines well with other ingredients and ensures the exceptional crispness of baked goods.
It is formed into a block by being poured into a polythene bag and packed in a 10 kg carboard box.
